Purchasing Agent in Winthrop, ME
Description
Full-time, temporary position, slated to last until November, 2025! Monday through Friday, 7/7:30 am - 4/4:30 pm. Position will entail:

Manage active portfolio of open PO’s
Actively work with sales team and vendors as needed
Process PO’s for specific demand as well, purchase req’s for internal stock needs
Able to work with inventory that corresponds to purchased items for inquiry/history/ details etc.

Additional tasks will consist of processing a weekly payroll utilizing PayChex:
track and account for all payroll data; account/process any needed forms and reports; track and report on IRA; other reporting as needed/requested.

Work with office team on sales orders, Accts Payable and Accts Receivable, related to purchasing; assist with inventory inquiries as needed
Requirements
Two good employment references; Mature work ethic; Comparable experience; Working knowledge of MS Office
