You will be assisting customers who call in to place orders or have questions about the products or process exchanges/returns. This will be done across multiple channels including email, telephone, online chat, and more.
You bring your friendly, patient personality. Good computer and data entry skills plus the willingness to be a great team member. You will also enjoy helping to solve customer issues in a positive manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication along with time management and organizational skills are needed to be a successful candidate.
