Full-time, Contract to Hire opportunity available! Monday through Friday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm, with an abbreviated day during the week. The ideal candidate will promote a positive image, along with our Client's products and services, and proactively identify ways to maximize the members' experience. Other responsibilities will include:
Process member transactions and other requests
Perform administrative tasks to help support management
Provide excellent customer service
Open and/or service accounts, such as savings, checking, share certificates, IRA's and trusts
Review & resolve credit and debit card issues
Adhere to all policies and procedures
Provide back-up coverage for Tellers
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
One-year financial institution experience; Mature work ethic; Two good employment references; HS Diploma or equivalent; Positive, friendly and professional image; Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet and email.
