Front Desk Reception - F/T in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
Bangor - Bangor Area Staffing is recruiting for our client, a busy chiropractic office, a Front Desk Receptionist. Early out on Fridays to start the weekend early! Greet patients with a smile as you check them in, answer busy phones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties. The right candidate will enjoy working independently as well as a team and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Good computer and data entry skills required.

The full-time, 35-40 hours per week will be scheduled during these hours:
Mon, Wed, & Thur: 9a-6:30pm, Tue: 7a-5:30pm, & Fri. 9a-1:30pm

This is a Contract-to-Hire position (go permanent after trail period).

Requirements
Very friendly and outgoing with the ability to move from task to task with ease. Good computer and data entry skills are a must. Must be able to stand for long periods. Good work references. Experience in a medical environment a plus yet not needed.

Medical Front Desk in Augusta
Description
Augusta - A pleasant and friendly professional is desired for this full-time, temp to hire opportunity. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to close (6:30-7:00 pm). Chiropractic experience is preferred, front desk/reception experience is a must. Position duties will vary and include electronic insurance billing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and check in/out and escorting of patients to the exam rooms. A criminal background check and drug screen will be conducted on all considered applicants. Excellent opportunity for education/growth!
