Front Desk Medical Receptionist in Holden, Maine
Description
Bangor Area Staffing is recruiting, for our client, a Front Desk Medical Receptionist position. Tasks to include: greeting clients with a smile, answering busy phones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties. The right candidate will have medical office experience, enjoy working independently as well as a team and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

This position will be 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is a Temp-to-Hire position (go permanent after probationary period). Pay based on experience, $10-$12 an hour.

Requirements
Very friendly and outgoing with the ability to move from task to task with ease in a busy environment. Prefer some medical office experience. Chiropractic office experience a plus. Scheduling Position in Bangor, ME
Description
Bangor, ME – BASS is seeking, for our in-home care client, a full-time Scheduler. The right candidate will create schedules to match caregivers and with the client’s needs. Must be diligent in ensuring schedules are complete and communicated to all parties correctly. Also, will participate in rotating on-call after-hours and weekends.

This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, caring person to become part of a team who helps people age at home. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm, Contract-to-Hire position. Hourly pay rate $15-$16.50 per hour.

Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), scheduling systems, and other health industry related software needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to move from task to task easily in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent listening skills and ability to communicate clearly both oral and in writing. Must be able to work as a team. Must have 3 years of experience in a similar position or combination or education and experience with be considered.
