The BASS Team is seeking experienced Human Resources Generalist candidates for a full-time, Direct Hire position. As the central HR person, you will assist in all aspects of the HR functions of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.
Some key responsibilities to include:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation
- Perform all aspects of hiring, onboarding and orientation
- Administer benefits programs; workers' comp, unemployment to ensure compliance.
- Assist with performance management processes; support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
- Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Good computer skills to include MS Excel / Word
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must meet all background check requirements; must have valid driver's license.
