Bangor Area Staffing is recruiting for our manufacturing client an experienced Office Manager. It is an exciting time starting up a new office and they are seeking a proven Office manager to provide administrative support, managing office supplies, phones, order taking, assist with A/P and A/R and keep the office running smoothly. Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. $18.50 to $20.00 based on experience.
Must have previous office management/administrator experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office required.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must meet background checks and federal contract requirements.
