Monday through Friday, 8-4:30 (hours may reduce in the winter months), Contract to Hire! Position is responsible for overall front office operations, to include:
Answer calls, take detailed messages and forward to appropriate party
Word processing and data entry
Prepare and transmit reports
Meet/greet visiting clients and vendors
Keep front office neat/clean
Communicate with clients and other offices
Communicate with Construction Services Mgr. and Laboratory Mgr. relative to field and lab test records and transmitting reports
Assist with training materials
Assist with document retention procedures
Process/maintain employee time and expense sheets
Process/maintain vendor orders and invoicing
Maintain office supplies inventory
Other tasks as assigned
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and quality output, strong written and verbal communication skills, be pleasant, personable and professional and have solid MS Office skills.
Two good employment references; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to successfully pass a criminal background check; mature work ethic; experience in the construction or engineering fields is a definite plus!
