Monday through Friday, day shift, 25 - 35 hours/week, Contract to Hire! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks is strongly desired. Duties will entail:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Financial management tasks: generating reports, preparing tax forms, working with CPA on tax return information
Data entry: weekly/monthly sales, payroll, job data, quotes and job schedule information
General customer relations: answering calls, fielding questions, contacting customers regarding job status
