Brewer, ME - BASS is recruiting for our busy construction company a Marketing/Administrative Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity to put your marketing skills to work doing tasks such as: Creating ads, updating content on website and Facebook, ad flare to project sheets, keep marketing and display materials sharp, and prepare for and attend promotional events and trade shows!
Other task to include: phones, clerical tasks, process mail, maintain office equipment and order supplies.
Candidates must be organized, able to multi-task and possess a professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide creative advice. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to trade shows.
• Knowledge of Adobe programs, especially Adobe InDesign
