Paint Shop Counter Help - Part-Time in Bangor, Maine
Description
Bangor, ME - BASS is recruiting for our paint store client a Counter - Sales Associate. A great position for someone supplementing their income or semi-retired. Typical shift is two days a week 8-5 but more occasionally.

You will provide exceptional customer service assisting customers (retail, contractors, etc.) in selecting their paint and promote related products in store, via phone or internet. Knowledge of paint and its application is helpful yet willing to train the right person. Ideal for those who enjoy developing relationships with a variety of customers and being part of a team. You will tint and mix paint, merchandise inventory, and assist management in the daily operation of the business. Occasional forklift use.

Successful candidates will have excellent customer services and people skills and a team player.

Requirements
Excellent work ethic with at least two good employment references. Previous sales - customer service experience preferred. Valid driver's license.

Parts Counter Clerk in Scarborough
Description
Contract to Hire! Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 7/7:30 - 3:30/4:00 is ideal, but potentially flexible on the days. Great position to supplement your income!

The duties of this job will include but are not limited to the following:
1) Check in freight and UPS orders;
2) Receive items into inventory;
3) Put-up freight and UPS orders;
4) Put-up and load customers’ orders;
5) Accurately package, label and stock inventory items;
6) Use the computer to process receiving;
7) Make local deliveries to customers;
8) Load trucks in the yard;
9) Provide excellent customer service to our customers over the phone and in-
person;
10) Complete other tasks as assigned by parts department staff.

A strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and working knowledge of computers is needed. Mature work ethic a must. Knowledge of equipment (trucks, plows, etc.) and/or automotive is desired; willing to train the right individual. Great pay! This is an IMMEDIATE NEED, so apply today!
