Our busy software client is looking for a bright, friendly and calm under pressure Front Line Coordinator! This is a temporary, PART-TIME position with potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This role will be responsible for answering and triaging phone calls. Will gather and accurately log information from all calls, voicemails and e-mails into the support ticketing system. The ability to prioritize customer needs is critical! May also be asked to complete other administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and ordering supplies.
